- Are my images uploaded to your servers?
- No. Every tool, the AI background remover and the passport photo maker run in your browser. The AI models are downloaded to your device from public CDNs; your photos never travel the other way.
- Do the free tools change?
- No. All 500+ tools stay free and watermark-free without an account. Free batches run 20 images at a time, AI background removal is 3 a day, and the compliant passport photo is $4.99 each.
- How do passport photos work with Pro?
- Open any country's passport or visa photo page while signed in to your Pro account. The download button unlocks directly instead of asking for the one-time payment, as many times as you need.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the billing portal from this page and cancel there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
