Questions
- Is my artwork uploaded anywhere?
- No. Images are rendered in your browser on your own device. Your account stores only your email, subscription status and brand preset — never your files.
- What does the safe-area check actually do?
- Vertical formats get an overlay showing the top status bar, the right-hand action rail and the caption block; YouTube gets the duration badge and progress bar. If the subject you locked overlaps one of those, the preview says so before you export.
- Will a 9:16 crop ruin my composition?
- That is what the focus box is for. Drag it over the part that has to survive and the crop is positioned to keep it in frame rather than cutting through the middle. You see every result before exporting.
- What stays free?
- All 500+ single-image tools, unlimited and without watermarks, plus previews of every pack size. Pro adds the ZIP export, batch mode, brand presets, 200 MB files and ad-free browsing.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, through the Stripe billing portal on your Pro page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- What about AI background removal?
- Pro includes 500 AI cut-outs a month, being switched on per account shortly after subscribing. The free on-device remover works today for single images.
