Barbados passport photo size & rules
Barbados is the easternmost island of the Caribbean, sitting in the Atlantic Ocean beyond the Lesser Antilles. Barbadian passports are issued by the Barbados Immigration Department, and every application must include a photo that meets a fixed standard. The required size is 35mm wide by 45mm tall, which is about 413 by 531 pixels when a digital photo is produced at 300 DPI.
For a Barbados passport photo the background must be plain white or light grey and free of shadows, patterns and objects. Your face should be centred and squared to the camera with a neutral expression, eyes open and mouth closed. Use soft, even lighting to avoid reflections and dark areas, and do not wear hats or tinted glasses. Head coverings worn daily for religious reasons are acceptable provided your full face is visible from chin to forehead.
Our tool allows you to crop and format your Barbados passport photo to the exact 35x45mm (413x531px) size entirely within your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server, so the process is completely private, and it is free to use. As official standards can change over time, always verify the current requirements with the Barbados Immigration Department or a Barbadian consulate before submitting your application.
