Jamaica passport photo size & rules
Jamaica is an island in the Greater Antilles of the Caribbean, lying south of Cuba and west of Hispaniola. Jamaican passports are issued by the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA), and every application must include a compliant photo. The standard size is 35mm wide by 45mm tall, which corresponds to roughly 413 by 531 pixels when a digital photo is saved at 300 DPI.
For a Jamaican passport photo PICA requires a plain white or light grey background with no shadows, textures or objects. Your head and shoulders should be centred, facing the camera squarely with a neutral expression, eyes open and mouth closed. Lighting must be even so there are no reflections or dark patches, and you should not wear hats or tinted glasses; religious head coverings are permitted provided the full face remains visible from the bottom of the chin to the top of the forehead.
Our tool lets you crop and format your Jamaica passport photo to the exact 35x45mm (413x531px) size completely within your browser. Your image is never uploaded to a server, so the process stays fully private, and it is free to use. Since official standards can be revised, always confirm the current requirements with PICA or a Jamaican consulate before submitting your passport application.
