Haiti passport photo size & rules
Haiti occupies the western third of the Caribbean island of Hispaniola, which it shares with the Dominican Republic in the Greater Antilles. Haitian passports are issued by the Direction de l'Immigration et de l'Emigration (DIE) under the Ministry of the Interior, and applications must include a compliant photo. The required size is 35mm wide by 45mm tall, equivalent to about 413 by 531 pixels for a digital file at 300 DPI.
For a Haiti passport photo the background must be plain white or light grey, with no shadows, patterns or objects behind you. Position your face in the centre of the frame, look straight at the camera and keep a neutral expression with eyes open and mouth closed. Use even lighting so your features are clear and free of glare, and avoid hats and tinted glasses. Head coverings worn daily for religious reasons are accepted as long as the full face is visible from chin to forehead.
Our tool lets you crop and format your Haiti passport photo to the exact 35x45mm (413x531px) size completely in your browser. Your image is never uploaded to a server, so the process stays private, and it is free to use. Since official requirements can change, always confirm the current rules with the Direction de l'Immigration et de l'Emigration or a Haitian consulate before submitting your application.
