Belize passport photo size & rules
Belize lies on the northeastern coast of Central America, bordering the Caribbean Sea, and is the only country in the region with English as its official language. Belizean passports are issued by the Immigration and Nationality Department under the Ministry of Immigration, and every application must include a photo in the required format. The standard size is 35mm wide by 45mm tall, equivalent to about 413 by 531 pixels for a digital image saved at 300 DPI.
For a Belize passport photo the background must be plain white or light grey and free of shadows, patterns and objects. Centre your face, look straight at the camera and keep a neutral expression with your eyes open and mouth closed. Use even lighting so your features are clear without glare or shadows, and do not wear hats or tinted glasses. Head coverings worn daily for religious reasons are permitted as long as the full face stays visible from chin to forehead.
Using our tool you can crop and size your Belize passport photo to the exact 35x45mm (413x531px) specification directly in your browser. The image is never uploaded to a server, so the process stays private, and the tool is free to use. Because official rules can be updated, always confirm the current requirements with the Immigration and Nationality Department or a Belizean consulate before submitting your application.
